All supply and specimen shipments are packaged in accordance to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations and a ProMedDx preferred global transport agent delivers the package safely to its destination.  A member of the ProMedDx Logistics team monitors the progress of each shipment.  Should a regulatory, customs, or weather issue impede the delivery of a shipment, a ProMedDx professional will take immediate action to ensure the safe delivery of your specimens to our facility.
