At ProMedDx, our commitment is expert service delivered quickly, so we deliver specimen collection kits and supplies to your investigator sites well in advance of collection start times.  Once enrollment is complete, our integrated specimen management system ensures the safe delivery of your specimens to our BioStorage facility.
All specimen shipping supplies and specimen shipments are packaged in accordance to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations and a ProMedDx preferred global transport agent delivers the package safely to its destination.  A member of the ProMedDx Logistics team monitors the progress of each shipment.  Should a regulatory, customs, or weather issue impede the delivery of a shipment, a ProMedDx professional will take immediate action to ensure the safe delivery of your specimens to our facility.
